Technician Vacancy - Leicester Main Dealer
  • Basic Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (DoE, can be more for senior Technicians) 
  • OTE £34,000 - £39,000 
  • Individual bonus PLUS Team/workshop bonus
  • Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm 
  • 1 in 5 Saturday Mornings Paid as overtime 
  • Salary flexible for highly skilled applicants, Master techs, MOT testers etc. 
My client is a Highly successful main dealership located in Leicester. They are now looking to take on a qualified Technician to join their modern and well-kept workshop. They offer excellent training opportunities such as EV training. They also offer salary/role progression and excellent job security.

The reason for this Vehicle Technician vacancy is expansion, you will be a part of an expanding workshop which has been heavily invested into. They have all the modern gear to make your life easier, meaning you and your team can earn bonus easily, getting cars out faster than most dealerships. 

They are a close-knit main dealer housing a fantastic franchise. As such, they have a large focus on staff wellbeing and treat their staff like family. They are offering an excellent basic salary as well as a bonus structure which is currently being expanded upon. 

Vehicle Technician Responsibilities: 
  • General maintenance, repairs, servicing
  • Perform any necessary repairs or services, preventative and reactive repairs as per the customers request. 
  • Diagnostics if you're able to, if not training provided. 
  • Work efficiently, with a keen eye for detail updating check list in line with dealership standards.
  • Liaise with the Service Department regarding expected completion times.
  • Being a team player and offering assistant in busy times 
Ideal Vehicle Technician candidates:
  • Qualified Technician Level 3.
  • Proven experience working within a workshop as a Technician.
  • Ideally have an MOT License (not required)
