- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm

We are looking for a Receptionist / Service Advisor to join our client's team. The role primarily involves managing the reception area and acting as the first point of contact for customers.

Key Responsibilities as a Service Receptionist / Advisor:
- Providing excellent service to customers face-to-face and over the phone
- Booking in customers for vehicle service, MOT, and repairs
- Performing administrative duties and maintaining accurate records of work
- Keeping customers updated on their service journey with the company
- Good technical knowledge
- Friendly, positive, and confident demeanor
- Ability to effectively manage reception and advisory responsibilities
- IT literate with experience in a reception/admin role
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
