Bodyshop Manager required in Swindon. 
  • Up to £48,000 starting salary pending experience plus bonus earned (up to £54,000 annual earnings).
  • Additional end-of-year bonus for achievement above budget and profit target. 
  • Monday to Friday 7:30am-5:30pm and one Saturday per month 8:00am-12:30pm.

Due to an internal promotion, our client, a well-established accident repair group with 5 centres across the South West, is currently looking to recruit a Bodyshop Manager for their Swindon centre.

Reporting to the Company Director, your key as Bodyshop Manager will include: 
  • Manage a small team of productive and non-productive staff.
  • Plan resources and equipment levels around budgets and financial plans.
  • Establish and maintain control of consistent workflow with the centre through effective capacity planning.
  • Regularly and consistently review KPI performance to identify areas of potential shortfall.
  • Manage customer complaints and bring them to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Motivating and discussing each team member's impact on the overall site performance. 

To be eligible you will need to have previous experience working as a Bodyshop Manager with extensive technical knowledge and experience in the accident repair industry (particularly with relevant/up-to-date knowledge of vehicle designs and consumer and vehicle legislation). You will have the ability to organise clerical work, administration, control systems and financial resources, and have knowledge and understanding of the provisions of environmental and safety practices. (E.P.A and C.O.S.H.H) and have a UK driving licence with minimal points.

  • Working hours from 7:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday with one Saturday morning per month.
