Our client, a well-known Prestige Main Dealer, is seeking a Workshop Controller in the Leeds area. Our client offers a stable working environment with a strong reputation with impressive on target earnings to match.

Our client is seeking applicants to work closely with their existing workshop team to assist in the continued running of a successful department.

If you have a proven track record with in a Workshop or as a Senior Vehicle Technician and are looking for an opportunity within in a thriving, prestige main dealership our client wants to hear from you.

Duties of a successful Workshop Controller with our Client:
  • Assigning work to Vehicle Technicians to ensure the smooth running of the workshop.
  • The role will involve ensuring all incoming work is planned as well as managing the time and resources of your team.
  • You will assign a team of Technicians to tasks, ensuring productivity is maximised and that deadlines are adhered to at all times.
For this Workshop Controller role you will need:
  • Previous experience of working within the Motor Trade, preferably having a Service or Senior Technician background.
  • Have an enviable and proven track record of performance.
  • You will have exceptional communication skills
  • Full valid UK driving licence.
  • The ability and willingness to lead a busy workshop team and to be able to maximise performance.
The Successful Workshop Controller will get:
  • A basic salary of up to £40,000.
  • OTE at £45,000.
  • 25 days’ holiday rising with length of service plus bank holidays.
