Our client, a leading Volume Main Dealer in Maidstone, is looking for a dedicated Vehicle Technician to contribute to their growing success. We are currently working with a well-established Automotive Manufacturer Dealer Group who have been operating in the UK market since 1970. This client has an excellent reputation and operate with over 16 different vehicle brands. 

Our client has experienced strong growth from humble beginnings to becoming one of the biggest names in the automotive industry.

They are looking for individuals with a positive mind-set, who enjoys working within a team and looking to build a flourishing career in the workshop department! They have a friendly team who enjoys a laugh whilst getting the job done!

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Perform routine maintenance and servicing on a variety of vehicles
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults to a high standard
  • Ensure that work is completed efficiently and in line with dealership and manufacturer guidelines
  • Liaise with the service team and workshop controller to ensure vehicles are ready on time
  • Maintain accurate records of all work carried out
What our Client Expects from their Technicians:
  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (Level 3 preferred)
  • Experience: Ideally a minimum of two years' experience in a garage or workshop environment (main dealer experience desirable but not essential)
  • Skills: Preferably Strong diagnostic skills and a commitment to high-quality work
  • Attitude: A proactive team player with a customer-focused approach
  • License: Full UK driving license
