Our client, a well-established Main Dealer in the Ipswich area, is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Vehicle Parts Advisor to join their team. The successful Parts Advisor will receive: 
  • Competitive Salary: Basic salary of up to £26,000, with a bonus scheme based on both departmental performance and customer satisfaction.

As a Vehicle Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for the sourcing, managing, and supplying of vehicle parts to customers, both at the front counter and the automotive workshop counter. You will also handle phone enquiries, providing excellent service and support to both retail and trade customers.You’ll play a key role in driving the department’s success, working closely with the Parts Supervisor to achieve sales targets and profit objectives. Your proactive approach to seeking new business and growing the department will be recognised and rewarded.

Key Responsibilities in this Parts Advisor role Include:
  • Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts for retail and trade customers.
  • Delivering high-quality customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieving sales volume and profit targets by motivating and developing the parts team.
  • Handling phone enquiries and assisting customers at both the front counter and workshop counter.
  • Working closely with the Parts Supervisor to ensure smooth operations within the department.
Our client is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for the motor trade. Experience as a Parts Advisor is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
