Our client is an automotive business in who are looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join their team in Selby. This is a well established site with a good reputation locally.

What is needed as an Aftersales Manager:
  • Have experience of working as Aftersales Manager or Service Manager in a dealership.
  • Experienced and able to help your team with guidance, training and appraisals to get them to the levels they are able to.
  • Can help your team to reach the KPI’s and targets that have been set for departments.
  • Able to identify areas of where improvement in budgets and performance is needed and can be achieved.
  • Can use Microsoft office packages to produce reports when needed.
  • Able to focus and manage the customer service and satisfaction.
