  • Basic Salary £20,000, OTE £50,000
  • Monday - Saturday 08:30am - 18:00pm
  • Day off during the week, every other Sunday 10:00am - 17:00pm

We are seeking a Car Sales Executive to join our Client’s thriving dealership in the Brighton area.

As a Car Sales Executive, you will be the face of the dealership, responsible for helping customers through the vehicle purchase process. From the initial enquiry to the final handover, you will use your expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills to ensure every customer finds the perfect vehicle for their needs.

The successful Car Sales Executive will ideally have previous experience in automotive sales, but our client is open to candidates with a strong background in other sales environments. You’ll need to be driven, enthusiastic, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills. You’ll need to be well-organized, target-driven, and committed to achieving both personal and dealership goals.

Duties of a Car Sales Executive with our Client:
  • Meeting and greeting customers, discussing their needs, and advising on suitable vehicles.
  • Presenting and demonstrating vehicles to customers.
  • Negotiating prices, closing sales, and processing orders.
  • Managing finance and insurance products to suit customer requirements.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, maintaining a high standard of customer care.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest products and promotions.
  • Working towards monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ensuring the showroom and vehicles are presented to the highest standards.
What our client expects of their Car Sales Executive:
  • Previous experience in car sales or a similar high-pressure sales environment.
  • A passion for cars and a good understanding of the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • The ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • A target-driven approach and a commitment to achieving personal and company goals.
  • Full UK Driving Licence – Preferably Clean.
