We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our Client in the Ramsgate area.

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and servicing of a range of vehicles to the highest standards. You’ll utilize your technical expertise to deliver exceptional workmanship, ensuring customer vehicles are returned in excellent condition. Whether working on routine maintenance or more complex repairs, your skills will help maintain the dealership’s reputation for excellence.

The successful Vehicle Technician will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a main dealership or specialist garage. You’ll need to be organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about automotive technology.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong problem-solving abilities. You should be self-motivated, take pride in your work, and have a customer-focused approach.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician with our Client:
  • Conducting routine servicing and maintenance on customer vehicles.
  • Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards.
  • Performing inspections and ensuring vehicles meet safety and performance standards.
  • Using diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records of work carried out.
  • Ensuring the workshop is clean, organized, and operates in line with health and safety requirements.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and high levels of customer satisfaction.
What our client expects of their Vehicle Technician:
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally within a main dealership.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of modern vehicle systems.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair both mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • A proactive approach to learning and keeping up with automotive advancements.
  • Full UK Driving Licence – Preferably Clean.
