Bodyshop MET Technician required in Chelmsford, Essex.

Our client is a forward thinking Automotive Bodyshop based in the Chelmsford area, they are looking for a Bodyshop MET Technician to join their busy and hard working team.

As a Bodyshop MET Technician you will be responsible for identifying damaged mechanical and electrical components on a damaged car/light commercial vehicle and remove and refit these components before and after body repair work has been carried out.

Details & Benefits of this Bodyshop MET Technician vacancy include:
  • Company is an Established Independent Bodyshop.
  • Hourly rate up to £22 depending on experience and qualifications held.
  • Monday to Friday 45 contracted hours per week / the site is open from 6.00am to 6.00pm so they are flexible on start and finish times.
  • No Weekends Worked! However, you can work as many as you like as they are open if you would like to work overtime.
  • Contract: Full Time, Permanent (PAYE).
Our client is proud of their strong reputation and as such will consider candidates who are able to demonstrate a strong background in Mechanical Electrical and Trim from within a Bodyshop, alternatively they are also willing to consider applications from Vehicle Technicians who wish to move from the workshop into the Bodyshop in an MET role.
