HGV Technician Needed in Cheshire
  • Location: Widnes
  • Working Hours: 4-day working week – 4 on / 4 off, 6am - 6pm
  • Salary: Basic up to £20.50 p/h + bonus
Our client, a well-established Commercial Main Dealership, is seeking an experienced HGV Technician to join their expanding team. Key Responsibilities of a HGV Technician:
  • Service, maintain, and repair heavy goods vehicles
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Conduct MOT preparations, ensuring vehicles comply with regulatory standards
  • Follow safety procedures and HGV maintenance regulations
  • Utilise strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients
  • Work flexible hours as required
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong experience as an HGV Technician
  • Qualified to a Level 3 standard in HGV maintenance and repair (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent)
  • Full UK driving licence (Class 1 Licence preferred)
  • Relevant certifications and qualifications are advantageous
