We are in search of a Estimator / VDA to join our Client’s Bodyshop in the Henley-On-Thames area.

They are looking for an experienced ATA accredited Vehicle Damage Assessor Estimator to join their close-knit team!
 
Our client is offering the successful VDA / Estimator:
  • Basic Salary Up To £45,000 + Bonus
  • Monday To Friday Working Hours ONLY! (Early Finish Friday)
  • Close-Knit Family Friendly Independent Bodyshop Working Environment
  • Audatex Experienced Necessary
Duties of a VDA / Estimator:
  • Replacing or repairing damaged areas to a high standard.
  • Planning work and ordering parts to ensure vehicles are ready when promised.
  • Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
  • Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
What our Client expects of their VDA / Estimator:
  • Eye for Detail
  • Quality Awareness
  • Communication Skills
  • Multi-Tasking
  • ATA would be advantageous but not essential.
