- Basic salary: £49,920
- OTE: £66,560
- 40 Hours per week
- £24 per hour
- Flexible start and finish times
- Monday - Friday, occasional Saturday mornings if required
- Move with confidence to a large accident repair centre
- High volume of work means a large bonus is achievable
- Level 3 qualification and ATA desirable
Roles and Responsibilities of the successful Paint Sprayer:
- To carry out to a correct and safe standard, preparation for paint spraying and polishing post spray of the customer's vehicle.
- Ability to carry out other Bodyshop roles would be desirable.
- To keep an accurate account of hours worked, materials used and work completed on each vehicle.
- To keep an accurate check on all paint materials and notify the Manager of any shortages.
- To prepare and refinish Vehicle Body surfaces and alloy wheels.
- To care for and maintain all mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical tools and equipment used in the course of the work.
- To Communicate in a Polite and effective manner to customers and fellow employees.
- To have experience using Water Based Paints.
- An equivalent NVQ Level 2/3 Qualification.
- Previous Experience of working in a busy mainstream Bodyshop.
- Ability to carry out various Bodyshop roles but this role is mainly paint spraying.
- ATA Accreditation desirable.
- Basic Salary: £49,920
