Reporting to the Sales Manager and working with a close-knit vehicle sales team, your key responsibilities as a Car Sales Advisor will include:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice on our client's range of vehicles.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate the features and benefits of our client's vehicles.
- Negotiate and close sales, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and competitor activities.
- Handle all sales administration and documentation efficiently.
In order to be eligible for the Car Showroom Sales Advisor role you will ideally live within a reasonable commuting distance of Hereford. Previous experience in car sales or the motor industry would be beneficial however they are very open to considering candidates from an exemplary targeted sales/customer service orientated background looking to undertake an exciting new challenge in the motor trade. Overall you will need to have excellent customer service skills, a positive and helpful attitude, be organised with your workload, and have the drive, energy and commitment to seek every sales opportunity. A UK driving license with minimal points is also essential.
