HGV Technician required in Sherburn in Elmet 
  • Day shift - £18.20 per hour depending on Qualifications, IRTEC ect. 
  • Night shift up to £20.40 per hour
  • Plus MOT Bonus
  • 4 days on, 4 days off 
My client is a highly respected fleet maintenance company located in Sherburn in Elmet. They're an excellent provider of training and will always strive to further your qualifications so that you can maximise your earning potential and workshop efficiency.  

With a 4 on 4 off shift, you'll have more time this year to spend it with family or go on that long weekend away you've been thinking about. Night shifts are also available at an increased pay rate, if that's your thing just let us know after applying. 

They have a busy workshop in which they're completing work for client's fleets, including HGVS and occasionally vans. As such you'll need to know your way around HGV repairs to a high standard in line with manufacture expectations

To be eligible for this HGV Technician role you will need the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
  • City & Guilds or NVQ level 3 qualification or equivalent is essential
  • Experience within a fleet or commercial environment working on HGVs
  • Safety Awareness
  • A flexible and can-do attitude
  • The ability to work in a team environment and independently 
  • HGV Class 1 Driving licence would be beneficial 
  • Own tools to suit this specific job role
