  • Position: Workshop Controller / Service Advisor
  • Location: Croydon, Surrey
  • Hours: 8am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday (Includes Breaks)
  • Salary: Up to £36,000 Basic DOE + Bonuses
Our client, a well-established family-run Automotive Prestige Independent Service Centre in Croydon, Surrey, is on the lookout for a Workshop Controller / Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. This role offers a unique blend of responsibilities, with your time evenly split between workshop control and service advising.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the motor trade, with experience in workshop control, service advising, or even a Senior Vehicle Technician/Foreman role. If you have the expertise to ensure smooth workshop operations while providing exceptional customer service, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities as a Workshop Controller / Service Advisor:
  • Manage and coordinate the daily activities within the workshop, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, advising on service needs and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
  • Work closely with technicians to monitor job progress, ensuring all work is completed on time and to the highest quality.
