Our Client, a family run dealer group, is seeking a highly motivated Vehicle Service Advisor to join their busy Automotive Service Department.

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded business in the local area. They strive to provide excellent service in terms of quality of their work and customer care.

The successful Vehicle Service Advisor will:
  • Be expected to have excellent customer service skills
  • Be confident in your ability to deal with a wide range of people in a friendly and professional manner
  • Participate and work effectively in a busy environment as a member of the team.
  • Have a minimum of 1 years motor trade experience .
Your duties as a Service Advisor will include
  • Responding to customer enquiries relating to service and repairs,
  • Ensuring the vehicle will be ready at the time agreed
  • Advising the customer as necessary
  • Communicate surrounding work that needs completing on customer vehicles
  • Be responsible for invoicing and quoting for works carried out
