Our Client is a well established dealership group who are looking for a Head of Business to lead their busy dealership in Bradford. This is a secure role at a successful dealership and applicants need to have experience of Being Head of Business or General Manager at a dealership to be considered.

Head of Business duties include:

  • Lead and develop the team at the dealership.
  • Strategic approach for all operations of the business, including sales, growth, quality and profitability.
  • Overall Project success including profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and deliver production strategies in line with business aspirations.

Requirements in this Head of Business role:

  • Experience as Head of Business or General Manager.
  • Experienced in leading a team from the front and delivering results.
  • Automotive Financial acumen.
  • Pro-active & commercial awareness to be able to make the most of sales and business opportunities.
  • Be an excellent communicator.
  • Have confident IT skills.
  • Man-management and team building skills/experience.
