- Able to do a full range of Bodyshop tasks
- Handle the entire process from start to finish, including priming, preparation, and painting
- Ensure all painting work meets industry standards and client specifications
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and applying primer
- Select and mix paint colors to match existing finishes
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer in the automotive industry
- Proficient in all aspects of the painting process, including priming, preparation, and painting
- Ability to do a full range of Bodyshop tasks is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in color matching and finishing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications in automotive painting (desirable)
