- Competitive Basic Salary: £30,000
- Uncapped Earnings: OTE £50,000 - £60,000 (top earners exceeding £70,000)

- Generate and grow fleet sales across the UK, with a focus on commercial vehicles
- Proactively book appointments and meet with prospective clients to secure deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
- Work closely with the dealership team to meet and exceed fleet sales targets
- Be flexible and adaptable: hours will vary depending on client locations (some days you might be home early, others could start or end late)
- Continuously identify new business opportunities to increase volume sales.
- Proven Experience in Fleet Sales (preferably in commercial vehicles)
- Ability to self-manage a wide geographical territory with UK-wide coverage
- Strong business development skills, with a focus on generating new business
- Not a car showroom role – you need to be proactive in going out to generate leads and secure appointments
- Ideally, experience in fleet car sales or as a Business Development Manager
- Someone with a hunger for success and a drive to exceed targets.
