As a Car Sales Executive, your key duties will include:
- Engaging with customers, building rapport, and identifying their vehicle needs
- Presenting and demonstrating cars to customers, highlighting key features and benefits
- Managing the entire sales process from initial enquiry to final handover, ensuring an excellent customer experience
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the dealership
- Handling negotiations, offering finance packages, and processing paperwork for sales transactions
- Keeping up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
- Following up with leads and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
