  • Position: Parts Advisor
  • Location: Northampton
  • Basic Salary: £26,000 + Bonus 
  • OTE: £28,500
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm
  • 1 in 2 Saturday Mornings, 8:00am - 12:00pm
  • 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays 
  • Company Pension  
A well-established main dealership in Northampton is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join their team.

Responsibilities of a Parts Advisor:  
  • Assist customers, technicians, and the workshop team with parts enquiries.
  • Efficiently source and order parts, ensuring timely delivery for both internal and external customers.
  • Maintain an organised stockroom and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Provide excellent customer service, offering advice and assistance as needed.
  • Liaise with suppliers and keep track of orders and deliveries.
  • Process parts orders, invoices, and returns efficiently using dealership systems.
Requirements for this Parts Advisor role:  
  • Previous experience in a Parts Advisor role within a dealership or automotive environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer service-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Competence with IT and dealership systems to process orders and stock management.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • A full UK driving licence is beneficial but not essential.
