Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) Technician required in Brentwood, Essex.

Our automotive client is actively looking to hire an experienced Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) Technician to work under their own initiative and as part of a team within their busy workshop.

They have been operating since 2019 starting in the vehicle transport side of the industry and progressing their business into non-emergency ambulances and van fleets, completing work ranging from basic servicing, vehicle inspections completed to a high standard, various repairs and maintenance required as well as the occasional engine and gearbox that needs taking out of the vehicle and a new one putting back in.

They also operate a mobile service and repair service for their customers which the Technician in the workshop share these duties.

Details of this Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) Technician include:
  • Competitive Basic Salary up to £42,000 p.a.
  • Overtime available at the rate of Time.
  • Monday to Friday ONLY – 8.00am to 5.00pm.
  • Contract: Full Time, Permanent.
The ideal Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) Technician will have a comprehensive knowledge of motor vehicles with previous experience in a similar environment. Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills along with a supporting NVQ qualification of Level 2 or Level 3 in Vehicle Mechanics. A full UK Driving Licence with no more than 3 points is required.
