Our client, a longstanding automotive vehicle retailer, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team in their busy branch based in Aylesbury!

What will the successful Sales Administrator do?
  • Create and input customer vehicle records.
  • Raise vehicle sales deposits.
  • Place orders.
  • Prepare handover paperwork for vehicle sales.
  • Raise invoices for vehicle sales.
  • File, update and archive vehicle records as necessary.
  • Participate in general administrative duties as required.
The successful Sales Administrator will have:
  • Experience working as a sales administrator in the motor trade.
  • A customer orientated approach to work.
  • A good telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • The ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • A good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
The successful Sales Administrator will get:
  • Up To £28,000 Salary Depending On Experience
  • Monday To Friday 9am - 5.30pm / NO Weekends
  • Independent Owned Main Dealership Environment
  • 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
