What will the successful Sales Administrator do?
- Create and input customer vehicle records.
- Raise vehicle sales deposits.
- Place orders.
- Prepare handover paperwork for vehicle sales.
- Raise invoices for vehicle sales.
- File, update and archive vehicle records as necessary.
- Participate in general administrative duties as required.
- Experience working as a sales administrator in the motor trade.
- A customer orientated approach to work.
- A good telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills.
- The ability to meet tight deadlines.
- A good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
