- Basic Salary: up to £40,000 + Bonus (£45,000+ OTE)
- 42.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00

This is a key role for the business, assisting customers get their cars back on the road quickly, and ensuring that their vehicle is repaired to a high standard. Our client offers a fantastic workshop, with a friendly working environment.
They currently work with an A brand paint system e.g. Standox and operate out of 2 highly equipped ovens.
We’ve recently just started working with this client, as they very rarely recruit. They have high standards of work, and a Skills test will be part of the interviewing process.
Our Client is seeking Paint sprayers with the ability to undertake 3-stage pearls & full re-sprays.

- Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
- Mix paint to match manufacturer specifications and apply to vehicles using a spray gun.
- Ensure a high-quality finish is achieved on all vehicles, and rectify any imperfections as required.
- Keep the paint booth and surrounding areas clean and tidy.
- Maintain equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and report any faults to management.
- Always adhere to health and safety regulations.
- You must have your own paint spraying equipment
- Able to work independently
- Competent English Reading & Writing Skills
- NVQ level 3 or senior ATA accreditation is preferable
- Previous experience as an Automotive Paint Sprayer is essential.
- Ability to mix and apply paint to vehicles, ensuring a high-quality finish.
- Attention to detail and the ability to rectify imperfections.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Full UK driving license is preferred.
