Vehicle Technician needed in Newton Aycliffe
  • Basic Salary of up to £38,000.
  • No Weekends & Early Finish on a Friday!
  • Working Hours - Monday - Thursday (8:15am - 5:30pm), Friday (8:15am - 2:15pm).
  • Optional overtime available at x1.5.
  • Our client is ideally seeking applications from Level 3 qualified Technicians with workshop experience.
  • MOT License desirable, although not essential.
  • Opportunity to work for a family owned business that has traded successfully for decades.
Our client, a regionally renowned automotive retailer, is seeking a Technician to join their team in Newton Aycliffe.

What will the successful Vehicle Technician do?
  • Repair and service vehicles.
  • Complete diagnostic checks.
  • Inspect for wear and tears/general faults.
  • Complete work to DVSA standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform all other aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair as required.
The successful Vehicle Technician will have:
  • A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ 3.
  • Current experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally operating in a Main Dealer/Independent Garage.
  • MOT License desirable, although not essential.
  • Own Set of Tools.
  • Full UK Driving License
The successful Vehicle Technician will get:
  • Basic salary of up to £38,000.
  • No Weekends & early finish on Friday's.
