Our client, a well regarded dealership , is currently looking to hire a professional and enthusiastic Aftersales Manager for their Automotive Dealership.
Responsible for 6 Technicians, 2 Service Advisors and a Parts Advisor you are accountable for the performance of service, parts and workshop functions. You will be fully responsible for all aftersales related customer satisfaction by ensuring your team meets all customers’ needs, you exceed customers’ expectations, and all issues are effectively resolved.
Our client is looking for the following in their next Aftersales Manager:
- At least two years’ recent or current experience in an Aftersales Management position.
- Demonstrable experience of working in a target retail driven environment.
- Good interpersonal and man management skills responsible for: Parts Advisors, Service Receptionists, Vehicle Technicians and drivers
- Able to guide and direct a team.
- Able to demonstrate strong customer focus and leading by example.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate and influence.
- A UK driving license with minimal points.
