Prep Technician needed in Newcastle
  • Basic salary up to £35,000 (Between £33,000 & £35,000).
  • Working Hours: 40 Hour working week (4 days Monday - Friday) / Saturdays paid as overtime.

Our client, a highly regarded automotive retailer, is seeking a Prep Technician to join their team in their busy Newcastle branch.

What will the successful Prep Technician do?
  • Carry out inspections.
  • Repair and service vehicles.
  • Undertake fault finding.
  • Work to agreed time frames.
  • Complete all work to manufacturer standards.
  • Complete work to DVSA standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service
The successful Prep Technician will have:
  • A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3.
  • Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
  • Own Set of Tools.
  • MOT License preferred although not essential.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Full UK Driving License.
The successful Prep Technician will get:
  • Basic salary of up to £35,000.
  • Brand specific, industry leading training and development schemes.
  • 33 days annual leave.
