Part Time Vehicle Technician needed in Newcastle (3 Day Working Week)
  • Basic salary c. £32,000, plus bonus, based on experience (Pro Rata).
  • Working Hours: 3 Day Working Week.
  • Our client is seeking applications from passionate and  experienced Vehicle Technicians, with practical experience working on a variety of light vehicles.
  • Work alongside an experienced Senior Technician we have placed at the company in recent years.
  • Opportunity to join a well established, family run independent garage that has traded successfully for over 80 years.
Our client, a family-run business based in Newcastle, is seeking a Vehicle Technician to join their busy team on a part time basis. The successful candidate will have significant experience in the trade and hold a Level 3 qualification.

What will the successful Part Time Vehicle Technician do?
  • Repair and service vehicles.
  • Complete diagnostic checks.
  • Inspect for wear and tears/general faults.
  • Complete work to DVSA standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform all other aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair as required.
The successful Part Time Vehicle Technician will have
  • Applications are sought from skilled Technicians with a Level 3 equivalent qualification.
  • Current experience in the trade.
  • A Full UK Driving License.
  • Own set of tools.
  • MOT License desirable.
The successful Part Time Vehicle Technician will get
  • Basic salary of c. £32,000 (Pro Rata).
