- £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
- Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
The ideal Parts Sales Executive will have two years minimum automotive parts experience; preferably from a retail dealership front and back counter environment or a trade parts centre.
Within this Parts Sales Executive role your typical duties will include:
- Make initial enquiries and arrange appointments to meet with new/current/ potential customers
- Visit potential customers to market parts and to convert to sales
- Meet individual sales targets by maximising upsell and cross-sell opportunities on volume and optional extras
- Assist in ensuring a steady flow of enquiries from multiple channels through prospecting and marketing
- Attend customer and marketing events
- Gain a specialist knowledge of all major manufacturer vehicles and options, participating in regular knowledge updates
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets. seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation. generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
- Accurately identify and source parts as per the customer requirements.
- Provide assistance to both internal and external customers.
- Knowledge of Commercial Vehicle Parts and HGV components.
- Experience of using Kerridge/ADP preferable
- Customer focused and excellent customer service at all times
- Excellent relationship building with clients & colleagues
- Is highly organised and adaptable
- Team Player
- Full driving licence (essential)
