We are seeking a Bodyshop Controller to join our Client’s well-established prestige bodyshop in the Leicester area.

Our Client is looking for someone to lead the team in their Bodyshop, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of productivity and efficiency. You will be managing two teams: the main Bodyshop team and the Wheel team, working directly under the Bodyshop Manager.
 
Duties of a Bodyshop Controller with our Client:
  • Oversee the Bodyshop department, driving productivity and maintaining efficiency
  • Manage and mentor the Bodyshop team, ensuring a high standard of work
  • Uphold health and safety standards within the Bodyshop
  • Handle customer interactions, both internal and external
  • Ensure the Bodyshop operates to high levels of service and quality
What our Client expects of their Bodyshop Controller:
  • Experience in managing or supervising within a Bodyshop environment 
  • Previous experience working with insurance claims
  • Strong communication skills, including telephone negotiations
  • An organised individual with attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
  • Experience with Audatex Enterprise and E.M.A.C.S. is advantageous
