- Position: Customer Service Administrator
- Location: Leicester
- Basic Salary: up to £25,000
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Alternate Saturday Mornings, 8:00am - 12:00pm
They are open to applications from Service Administrator's without experience in the motor trade, somebody who is looking for a fresh challenge with previous customer facing experience.
Key Responsibilities of a Service Administrator:
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers requiring maintenance or repairs for their commercial vehicles
- Liaising with customers to book service appointments and manage vehicle progress
- Communicating effectively with the workshop team to ensure smooth operations
- Ensuring all customer inquiries are handled professionally and promptly
- Previous experience within customer facing roles
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service
