Our client, a franchise approved commercial vehicle dealership located in Bicester, Oxfordshire, is currently looking to recruit a Used Light Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive.

Reporting to the Used Vehicle Manager and working as part of a team, as a Used Van Sales Executive you will be required to sell used vans, commercial vehicles, alongside finance, insurance, and various other associated products and services to reach and exceed sales targets. You will be required to keep customers informed of delivery progress and advise customers of any delays that may progress. You will be required to resolve any queries which may arise and collect payment from customers before releasing the vehicle. You must explain warranties, service arrangements, introduce the customer to the Aftersales Department where possible and demonstrate the features of the vehicle and offer any other support that may be required.

To be eligible you will need to live within a reasonable commuting distance of the Bicester region and have a UK driving licence with minimal points. Experience within the motor industry selling vehicles would be advantageous, but our client would consider transferrable sales experience from within a customer-focused sales environment. You must be highly motivated and able to build long-term relationships with customers and continue to exceed their expectations and increase sales. Other key attributes would include, being confident and comfortable with negotiating and influencing situations, and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our client's stock and processes.
