We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Client's well-established Main Dealership in the Basingstoke area. 
 
They are looking for an experienced individual to join their team providing excellent customer services, providing a first point of contact for enquiries within branch as well as externally and maintaining customer relationships.

Our Client is offering the successful  Service Advisor:
  • £26,000 Basic Salary / £35,000 OTE!
  • Main Car Dealership Environment
  • Monday To Friday 8am - 6pm / 1 In 3 Saturday Mornings
  • Manufacturer Training, Career Development, Discount Scheme, Many More Benefits
  • 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Fantastic Opportunity For Senior Position 
Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client:
  • Meet and greet customers in person
  • Booking customers in the diary
  • To match and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Paper work processing to brand guidelines
  • To ensure the company image of professionalism and quality of service is maintained at all times
What our Client expects of their Service Advisors:
  • Previous experience within the trade
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a team
  • Trade knowledge and Advisor skills
  • Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge
  • An effective communicator with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service
