I am currently working with a client who is looking for an experienced Service Advisor who can join the Service Department for their Franchised Dealership located in Aberdeen.

What is needed as a Service Advisor:
  • Previous experience within a Service Department or similar.
  • Able to provide a fantastic Customer Service.
  • Can advise customers on updates on their vehicles.
  • Able to drive and upsell services, parts and repairs that are needed.
  • Confident in speaking with customers and dealing with incoming enquiries.
  • Able to handle and process paperwork.
  • Can communicate between different departments.
