Technician - Northampton Main Dealer
  • Basic Salary: £31,000 - £36,000 with some flexibility (More for Master Technicians) 
  • Plus bonus - OTE £45,000 
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM,
  • Full Time - 40 hours per week. 
  • NO WEEKENDS.
  • Option for a 4 Day work week.
  • Overtime available.
Join one of the UK's fastest-expanding Main Dealers located in Northampton. I'm currently in search of a skilled Technician to expand my clients team. If you're experienced and equipped with prestige and VAG experience, your expertise will be a valuable addition to their team. 

Ideally you'll be qualified to level 3. Further training can be provided such as franchise Master Technician Training, Hybrid/EV training MOT License. Get in touch if you're looking to expand your experience/qualifications! 

Key Technician Responsibilities:
  • Carry out various tasks confidently on a range of vehicles.
  • Vehicle Maintenance, servicing and repairs. 
  • PDI Checks for the sales teams. 
  • MOT testing if applicable. 
  • Collaborate with the service department to ensure top-notch customer experiences.
  • Provide guidance to fellow technicians, service advisors, and customers.
Vehicle Technician Role Requirements:
  • Qualified at Level 3 as a Technician.
  • Ideally experienced with vehicles within the VAG group.
  • Proficient in various tasks from servicing to diagnostics.
  • Possess a Full UK Driving License.
  • MOT Testing license (desirable but not essential).
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
