Key Responsibilities of Service Advisor:
- Meet and greet customers bringing their vehicles for scheduled and non-scheduled servicing and repairs.
- Book customer vehicles into the workshop and provide regular updates on progress.
- Support the aftersales function and collaborate with workshop controllers and the service manager.
- Manage customer expectations while maintaining a professional approach.
- Upsell additional products to new and existing customers.
- Experienced Service Advisor from a car dealership, bodyshop, or independent background.
- Professional and presentable individual.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to work weekends.
