Our client a well-established niche business specialising in Commercial Vehicles & Agricultural equipment, are seeking a Service Advisor to join their site in the Kings Langley / Watford area. They are looking for an experienced individual to join their team providing excellent customer services, providing a first point of contact for enquiries within branch as well as externally and maintaining customer relationships.

Our Client is offering the successful Service Advisor:
  • Up To £30,000 Salary Dependent On Experience
  • Monday To Friday 8am - 5.30pm ONLY
  • NO Weekends
  • Agricultural & Ground-Care Specialist Environment
  • Previous Automotive Aftersales Experience Required

Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client:
  • Meet and greet customers in person
  • Booking customers in the diary
  • To match and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Paper work processing to brand guidelines
  • To ensure the company image of professionalism and quality of service is maintained at all times
What our Client expects of their Service Advisors:
  • Previous experience within the trade
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a team
  • Trade knowledge and Advisor skills
  • Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge
  • An effective communicator with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service
