Vehicle Technician required in Stafford
  • Basic Salary ranging from  £28,000 - £36,000 (DOE)
  • 39 hour week + Saturday on a Rota
  • Uncapped Bonus 
Our client, who is a successful Main Dealership is looking for a Vehicle Technician to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading brand and well-regarded Main Car Dealership Group that offers great training and career progression. 

For this Vehicle Technician role you will need the following:
  • Be qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
  • Have previous working experience as a Vehicle Technician
  • Previous Main Dealer experience is highly beneficial 
  • Have a UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Able to work as an individual or as part of a team.

As a Vehicle Technician for our client, your day-to-day duties will include: 
  • Diagnosis of Faults
  •  Servicing vehicles – carrying out checks and maintenance according to the manufacturer's guidelines
  •  Repairing and replacing faulty parts and components
  • Reporting to the Workshop Controller and Service Manager
  •  Producing time estimates
  •  Ensuring the vehicle is road safe
  • Writing service reports on the work carried out
