Key Responsibilities of a Service Advisor:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Effectively manage the entire customer journey, from initial inquiry to service completion, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Use proactive sales techniques to maximise service profitability, including upselling additional services and products such as repairs and parts.
  • Handle customer inquiries about parts, vehicle sales, and repairs, offering expert advice and solutions.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including booking appointments, processing service orders, and updating customer records.
  • Liaise between customers and the service team to ensure timely and efficient vehicle servicing and repairs.

Who We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or garage environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Sales-driven with a keen eye for detail, upselling and an understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
