A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our Motor Trade client’s business for a Car Paint Sprayer who is familiar with water-based paints and has extensive hands-on experience working in a vehicle painting environment.

They have a thriving business situated in Loughton and plenty of work coming through the doors so offering excellent job security and good work/life balance.

Responsibilities of this role will include:
  • Prepare vehicles to be sprayed.
  • Mix paint to ensure a perfect match.
  • Spray painting vehicles.
  • Quality check on completion ensuring there are no defects.

  • Company: Accident Repair Centre.
  • Working hours are mainly Monday to Friday, 40 hours contracted per week.
  • Overtime available on Saturdays.
  • The role offers a competitive basic salary + hours sold bonus opportunity providing a realistic earning potential of up to £50,000 p.a.
  • 25 days annual leave (not including Bank Holidays) increasing with length of service.

The Ideal Car Paint Sprayer will be able to produce a high quality of paint spraying from start to finish and you must have 3+ years experience in water-based paints and ideally a relevant ATA qualified. Alongside that you will be a good team player, have a stable working history, have your own guns and a full UK Driving Licence.
