  • Starting salary up to £30,000 per annum (pending experience).
  • £6,000+ additional annual bonus potential with some employees at our client earning over £12,000+ per annum.
  • Monday to Friday 8:00am-6:00pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am-2:00pm paid as overtime.
Our client, a multi-franchise-approved car dealership situated in the North Bristol region, is currently looking to recruit a Senior Service Advisor to join their busy Service Department. 

Reporting to the Service Manager and working alongside a service reception and a workshop team, as a Senior Service Advisor you will need to be a confident relationship builder, be able to influence and advise customers on minor technical issues with their vehicle whilst delivering a first class service, also achieving the company objectives and targets. You will also have a supervisory role within the service team, where you will help and advise your colleagues as needed. You will greet customers in the Service Department and book their vehicles in for associated repair work, have extensive liaison with the workshop to chase work in progress, up-sell on additional products and services where possible, and keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicle whilst taking payments for work completed. 

The successful Senior Service Advisor candidate would ideally be able to deliver the very highest level of customer service through strong communication skills resulting in total customer satisfaction. Strong organisational skills along with IT literacy (any experience with Pinewood Pinnacle is preferable) would be of high priority. Due to the nature of this role, multiple years of Service Advisor experience is crucial for this position.
