- Location: Telford
- OTE: £45,000+ (uncapped)
- Working Hours: 44 hours per week (Closed Sundays)
Key Responsibilities as a Car Sales Executive:
- Sell new and used cars and associated products, using a structured sales process.
- Manage the full sales process, from inquiry to vehicle handover.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in a Main Car Dealership is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Ability to follow a structured sales process.
- Competitive basic salary with uncapped OTE of £45,000 per annum.
- Company vehicle (fuel is self-funded).
- Company pension and commission structure linked to performance.
- Death in Service Insurance.
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing to 30 days after 12 months and up to 36 days with long service.
