- Salary: £38,000 Basic with a £50,000 OTE
- Hours: 8am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings

Responsibilities of the Aftersales manager:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a busy Aftersales department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery - over 20 members of staff across all departments.
- Lead and motivate a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise service department profitability
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate action plans
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing outstanding service and resolving any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- Proven experience as a Aftersales Manager within the automotive industry, preferably within a main dealership
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of automotive service processes, including diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
- Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to the role
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving continuous improvement
