Aftersales Manager Needed for Bolton Main Dealership
  • Salary: £38,000 Basic with a £50,000 OTE 
  • Hours: 8am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings

Are you a driven and experienced Aftersales Manager looking for a new opportunity to lead and manage a busy service department? We have an exciting position available at a well-established Main Dealership in Bolton. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a strong automotive background, and the ability to motivate a team, we want to hear from you!
 
Responsibilities of the Aftersales manager:
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a busy Aftersales department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery - over 20 members of staff across all departments. 
  • Lead and motivate a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise service department profitability
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate action plans
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing outstanding service and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
Requirements of the Aftersales Manager Role:
  • Proven experience as a Aftersales Manager within the automotive industry, preferably within a main dealership
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of automotive service processes, including diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to the role
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving continuous improvement
