Van Sales Executive required in West Bristol. 
  • Basic salary of £20,000 per annum with uncapped commissions providing a £50-60,000+ first-year annual earnings (some of our client's sales staff are earning £100,000+ per annum!) 
  • 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday

Our client, a rapidly expanding van/light commercial vehicle sales business located in West Bristol, is currently looking to recruit a Van Sales Executive to join their team.

Reporting to the Business Directors and working as part of a friendly team in a modern office environment, you will be the first point of contact for our client’s customers regarding purchasing new vans or purchasing a used van.

Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 
  • Taking new and existing sales leads both over the phone and via the Internet.
  • Ensuring the highest quality of account management, recognizing additional sales opportunities, and carrying out business development for new accounts. 
  • Guiding customers through the sales process ensuring you are meeting their needs in line with FCA guidelines and always treating them fairly.
  • Pursuing every new business lead with tenacity and closing the deal at every opportunity.
  • Proposing customers to finance companies and ensuring the correct information is provided to both the customer and our client’s administration department.
  • Answer and resolve any queries the customer may have regarding their order.
To be eligible you will need strong sales experience in the automotive industry (either in a business-to-consumer or business-to-business capacity) and a UK driving licence with minimal points. Experience selling automotive vehicles would be most beneficial, especially if you have done this role in a similar leasing/sales/brokerage business. Overall, you will have an ability to quickly develop rapport and meaningful relationships with key customers, be IT literate, have a confident telephone manner, be a quick learner with the ability to absorb new and changing information in the motor trade, and most importantly be a hardworking individual with a positive mental attitude who strives to be the best.
