Are you an experienced Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) Parts Advisor looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Our client a Commercial Truck Dealership are currently seeking a skilled individual to join their professional Commercial Team in Farnborough, Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities of a Commercial Parts Advisor with our client:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Effectively identify and source HGV parts, ensuring timely availability and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and assist in inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the workshop team to understand parts requirements and optimise stock levels.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and HGV technology to provide informed advice.
  • Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide technical information on HGV parts.
Requirements for this Commercial Parts Advisor Role:
  • Previous experience as an HGV Parts Advisor is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of heavy goods vehicle parts and their applications.
