Key Responsibilities of a Commercial Parts Advisor with our client:
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Effectively identify and source HGV parts, ensuring timely availability and delivery.
- Maintain accurate stock records and assist in inventory management.
- Collaborate with the workshop team to understand parts requirements and optimise stock levels.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and HGV technology to provide informed advice.
- Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide technical information on HGV parts.
- Previous experience as an HGV Parts Advisor is essential.
- Strong knowledge of heavy goods vehicle parts and their applications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in using computerised inventory systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and organised approach to work.
- Competitive salary, with the potential to earn up to £30,000 Basic (depending on experience).
