  • Location: Prestige Dealership, Liverpool
  • Salary: £29,000.00 + £6,000.00 Bonus Opportunity
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, Rota between 08:00 – 18:00 (45 hours per week)
Our client, a well-established dealership group, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their team at their Prestige Dealership in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a reputable company offering excellent benefits and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client enquiries and convert them into bookings
  • Greet clients professionally and ensure a welcoming environment
  • Upsell additional products such as services, plans, and identified work
  • Listen to client concerns, ensuring a right-first-time fix
  • Accurately process client and vehicle details
  • Keep clients updated on repair progress
  • Collaborate with the workshop controller for timely repair completions
  • Produce detailed and accurate invoices
  • Handle client complaints and objections effectively
  • Manage your own WIP, ensuring timely job closures
What We’re Looking For in the Successful Service Advisor:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to upsell and manage client expectations
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks within a fast-paced dealership environment
