MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician needed in Carlisle
  • Basic salary of up to £35,000, plus bonus, based on experience.
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm (Saturdays 8.30am – 12.30pm on a Rota basis).
  • Our client is seeking applications from qualified MOT Testers/Technicians, with significant workshop experience.

Our client, a reputable franchised dealership based in Carlisle, is seeking a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join their busy team.

What will the successful MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician do?
  • Conduct MOT tests on a range of vehicles to ensure that they meet legal and safety standards.
  • Repair and service vehicles.
  • Complete diagnostic checks.
  • Inspect for wear and tears/general faults.
  • Complete work to DVSA standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform all other aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair as required.
The successful MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician will have
  • Level 3 Qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
  • A valid MOT License.
  • Current workshop experience.
  • A full UK driving license.
  • Own set of tools.
The successful MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician  will get
  • Basic salary of up to £35,000, plus bonus.
