We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Client's well-established prestige dealership in the Borehamwood area. 
 
They are looking for an experienced individual to join their team providing excellent customer services, providing a first point of contact for enquiries within branch as well as externally and maintaining customer relationships.
 
Our Client is offering the successful Service Advisor:
  • Up To £32,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Bonus (£45,000 OTE!!)
  • Prestige Brand Main Car Dealership Environment
  • Monday To Friday 8am - 6pm / 1 In 3 Saturday Mornings
  • Previous Main Dealer Aftersales Background Required
  • Fantastic Dealer Group Benefits Including Birthday & Bank Holidays Off, Manufacturer Training
Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client:
  • Meet an greet customers in person
  • Booking customers in the diary
  • To match and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Paper work processing to brand guidelines
  • To ensure the company image of professionalism and quality of service is maintained at all times
What our Client expects of their Service Advisors:
  • Previous experience within the trade
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a team
  • Trade knowledge and Advisor skills
  • Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge
  • An effective communicator with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service
